Our humble history
Victory 1 Chicken House had its humble beginnings in New Jersey in 2012. It was formerly known as Victory Chicken House, and was previously owned by another group of entrepreneurs. From the start, our goal is to become a pillar of Filipino Cuisine in New Jersey. We strive to improve our business and expand our reach to a wider clientele. We revisited, revamped and revised our menu. With our family recipes that had been passed down through different generations, we are able to give our customers mouth-watering dishes that would give them an outstanding Filipino gastronomic experience. The popularity of our specialties – our Victory Fried Chicken and Crispy Pata -is a proof of our commitment to provide you the best Filipino dishes in the state.
Over the years of hard work and dedication, our popularity has spread not only in New Jersey, but also in other states. People from different places and ethnicities regularly visit us to have a taste of our authentic, home-cooked Filipino dishes. We were able to achieve this through the word of mouth of our loyal and satisfied customers.
